BMD Certificates |
 | BC: Craxford, Sarah Ann (1839) Documentary evidence shows her to be the illegitimate daughter of Sarah Ann Craxford and the granddaughter of William Easthop Craxford and Mary Dockerill. Her mother was born some fifteen years before William and Mary were married. The annotation "Craxford formerly Dockerill" may have been a device to mask the illegitimacy. We do not know who Thomas was. |
